These terms apply when you buy from The RN Desk at therndesk.com. Buying the pack means you accept them.
Who you are buying from
The RN Desk is an independent publisher of nursing study material, operated as a sole proprietorship. You can reach us any time at hello@therndesk.com.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for every order. Paddle handles payment, sales tax and VAT, invoicing and refunds. Their terms apply to the payment itself and are shown to you during checkout.
What you are buying
The Ultimate NCLEX-RN Questions Pack 2026 is a single downloadable PDF of 71 pages containing 400 NCLEX-RN practice questions, each followed by a written explanation of the correct answer, together with 13 visual study diagrams.
It is a one-time purchase at a one-time price. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing to cancel.
Your licence
When you buy the pack you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study, on your own devices, for as long as you like. The file is yours to keep.
You may not resell it, share it publicly, upload it to file-sharing or course-sharing sites, distribute it to a class or cohort, or present its contents as your own work. Copyright in the material stays with The RN Desk.
If you want to use the pack with a group of students or inside an institution, write to us — that is usually fine, it just needs a different licence.
Delivery
The download is available immediately after payment, on the confirmation page and by email. If either fails, you can retrieve your link at any time from the download recovery page using the email address you paid with. If you still cannot get the file, email us and we will send it to you directly.
What this product is not
The pack is a study aid. It is not a course, not tutoring, not a certification, and not a registration for any exam. It does not replace your nursing program, your clinical training, or a full-length practice examination.
No study material can guarantee an exam result, and we make no promise, express or implied, about your performance on the NCLEX-RN or any other examination.
The RN Desk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). NCLEX®, NCLEX-RN® and NCLEX-PN® are registered trademarks of the NCSBN.
Accuracy of the material
The content is prepared carefully and reviewed against current nursing practice references, but medicine and nursing guidance change. Nothing in the pack is medical advice, and it must never be used to make a clinical decision about a real patient. Always follow your institution's protocols and your instructors.
If you find an error, please tell us — corrections are genuinely welcome and we update the pack.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the pack is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including exam outcomes or career consequences.
Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published on the day you bought. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Your statutory consumer rights in your own country are unaffected, and the payment itself is additionally covered by Paddle's terms as merchant of record.
