Refund Policy

Last updated 30 August 2026

Fourteen days, no reason needed. If the pack is not what you expected, email hello@therndesk.com within 14 days of buying and you get your money back in full. You do not have to explain yourself, and you keep nothing you have to send back.

Why we offer this on a download

A digital file cannot be returned, and plenty of sellers use that as a reason to refuse refunds. We would rather you bought without worrying. If the questions are not the level you needed, or the format does not suit how you study, that is a fair reason and we do not argue about it.

How to ask

Email hello@therndesk.com from the address you paid with, or reply to your receipt. Include your order reference if you have it — it is in your confirmation email and on your Paddle receipt — though we can find your order from your email address alone.

You can also request a refund directly from paddle.net, the buyer portal run by Paddle, our payment provider.

How long it takes

We approve refund requests within one working day. Paddle then returns the money to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer this usually lands within 3–10 working days — that last stretch is out of our hands.

You will get a refund confirmation by email from Paddle when it is processed.

After a refund

Your download link stops working and your licence to use the pack ends. Please delete the file. We do not chase anyone over this — we simply ask that you are fair with us, as we are trying to be with you.

Problems that are not refunds

If the file will not download, the link expired, or the email never arrived, that is not a refund matter and you do not need one. Use the download recovery page, or email us and we will send the pack straight to you. Nobody should lose something they paid for because of a broken link.

After 14 days

Past 14 days we are not obliged to refund, but write to us anyway if something has gone wrong. We would rather sort out a genuine problem than leave someone unhappy with a purchase.

Your statutory rights

Consumer law in your country may give you rights beyond this policy — this policy does not replace them. Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for your purchase, and its refund terms also apply.
